Reserve an event space
Room reservations should be directed to the scheduling office in the College Center. Rooms available range in capacity from 10-400. To reserve a room, you will need to provide a date and time, description of the event, number of guests and special equipment needs (audio/visual). Service charges and labor
It is our desire to serve you at the scheduled time of your event. An additional labor service charge of $15 per waiter per hour will apply to all full-service catering needs. At the time of menu planning labor estimates will be configured by your catering event planner.
Late orders and cancellations
Selections for last-minute requests are subject to product and service availability. Cancellations must be made at least three business days before the event. Catering Services must be notified. Dining Services will apply a 50% cancellation fee to functions without the minimum 48-hour notification.
