Accepting Materials
Our Central Receiving department will accept the goods within Datatel when received. It is important that all goods are delivered and processed through Central Receiving. If goods must be picked up at the supplier or direct delivered to the department, please notify the Central Receiving department so they can accept the goods.
The Purchasing office will accept Services upon Accounts Payables notification that a duly authorized invoice has been received for payment.
