Formatting Text
Align text, Font Size, Font Color, Font Style, and Lists
Align Text
1) Select the text that you want to align
2) Go to the Home tab and then the Paragraph group

3) Click on the icon that corresponds to the alignment that you want

Font Size
1) Select the text that you want to change.
2) Go to the Home tab and the Font group.
3) Click on the drop down arrow next to the Font Size and choose a size.
Font Color
1) Select the text that you want to change.
2) Go to the Home tab and the Font group.
3) Click on the drop down arrow next to the Font Color Icon and choose a color.
Font Style
1) Select the text to which you want to apply a style.
2) On the Home tab, in the Styles group, click the style that you want.

Hint: If you don’t see the style that you want, hover your curser over the bottom of the Quick Styles gallery and click the arrow that appears.
Note: You can see how selected text will look with a particular style by placing your pointer over the style that you want to preview.
Lists
If you already have a list created:
1) Select the text you want to apply to bullets
2) Go to the Home tab and then the Paragraph group

3) Click on the icon that corresponds to the type of list that you want
If you do not have a list already created:
1) Go to the Home tab and then the Paragraph group

2) Click on the List icon that corresponds to the type of list that you want
3) Type your first item and then hit Enter each time you want to start a new point
4) After your last point hit Enter and click on the list icon to turn the feature off.
How to change the List design:
1) Select the bullets or numbers of the list that you want to change.
2) Go to the Home tab and to the Paragraph group.

3) Click on the drop down arrow next to the type of List icon that you prefer and choose the option you'd like
