Common Data Set (CDS)

The Common Data Set is a standardized set of data items that most colleges provide to college guidebooks and other interested parties. It includes data on such things as college costs and financial aid, admissions and enrollments, class sizes and student-faculty ratios, graduation rates, etc. Many schools post their CDS on their website to allow institutional comparisons.
