African-American Studies

Augustana offers a minor in African-American Studies which provides multidisciplinary perspectives woven together by this common mission: African-American studies, situated in the liberal arts tradition of Augustana College, is committed to offering a challenging intellectual course of study which provides diverse interdisciplinary opportunities for focusing on issues related to the African Diaspora, principally in the United States but situated in a global context.
