Job Positions
Employers may advertise current openings for full-time and part-time positions through Augie Hub. Full-time positions require a 4-year degree and are not 100% commission-based. Full-time positions that are not entry-level are still welcome and may be posted for alumni to view.
Another avenue for advertising positions to college students is the Illinois Small College Placement Association website (ISCPA). Augustana is a member, and Augie students can see your positions there, in addition to private college students across Illinois.
Internship Positions
The Augustana College internship program serves employers and students. Students benefit from the opportunity to apply their coursework, gain knowledge and skills, and develop professional contacts. Employers benefit from this relationship with the college, as well. Interns bring new energy and a fresh perspective to the sponsoring organization. Additionally, through exposure to an environment which offers the latest in technology, academic preparation, and leadership development, Augustana interns bring technical, business, research, communications, and problem solving skills to the workplace.

Internships at Augustana College are flexible - designed to meet your needs. Students may work full-time or part-time. Some earn academic credit, while others intern for the practical experience only. Internships may be paid or unpaid, although compensated internships attract more applicants. We work to match your needs to that of our students.
