Mike Tendall is a licensed clinical social worker. He has held the position of director since 1989. Prior to his Augustana tenure, he worked in a variety of community social service agencies, including the Iowa Department of Human Services, Family Resources, and the Vera French Mental Health Center. His undergraduate degree is from Wartburg College, and his MSW degree is from the University of Iowa.

Dr. VanSpeybroeck is an Augustana alumna and earned her PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Wyoming. She is a licensed psychologist in Illinois and Iowa. She has worked in Augustana's Student Counseling Services for more than 20 years and has also done private practice work in both states.

Allison Koster is a licensed clinical social worker. She began working Augustana's Student Counseling Services in 2012. Prior to that, she worked as an outpatient therapist at the Robert Young Center in Moline, Illinois. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her MSW degree is from Loyola University in Chicago.
