Test-Optional

Taking the ACT and SAT is a good challenge, but test scores can't predict your success in college. This is one reason the admissions process at Augustana College is now test-optional. The submission of standardized test results from the SAT and ACT is optional.

In order to take advantage of test-optional, and therefore not have your test scores considered in the application process, fill out the form below and submit it online.

If you choose not to submit ACT or SAT scores, you will be required to submit a photocopy of a graded paper from your junior or senior year of high school and complete an admission interview with a member of the admissions staff. Learn more about the admission interview.

If you wish for your SAT and ACT test scores to be considered in your application, you must arrange to have official score reports sent directly from the testing agencies to Augustana College and therefore do not need to complete the below form.
