Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, tater tots,  biscuits and gravy, French toast sticks, breakfast sandwich (sausage, egg and cheese on a biscuit)  

Lunch

Wrap Bar: Fajita beef, fajita chicken, fajita mushroom, fajita veggies, popcorn chicken and buffalo chicken

Global: Pasta toss with tortellini assorted meats, assorted vegetables, and marinara and alfredo sauce

Seasonal vegetables (VGT and V), white rice, baked chicken, macaroni and cheese, pulled BBQ pork, baked cod and fries, black bean burgers (VGT)

Pizza: Hawaiian

Soup: Chicken Noodle & Cooks Choice

Dinner

Seasonal vegetables (VGT and V), wild rice, southwestern tilapia, stuffed acorn squash (VGT) sliced roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, dinner rolls


WEDNESDAY

Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, O'Brien dice potatoes, French toast, breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant)

Asian Bar: sweet and sour chicken, Mongolian beef, vegetable Lo-Mein (VGT and V), Stir fried veggies, fried rice, steamed rice, pork egg rolls and crab Rangoon (VGT)

Global: Baked potato and sweet potato bar (VGT and V) with all your favorite toppings
