Psi Chi - Midwestern Region
The Psi Chi program at MPA will be held Thursday & Friday, May 3 & 4, 2012.
Psi Chi provides several opportunities at the MPA convention. These include up to five student poster sessions, sessions on successful admission to graduate school and jobs for psychology majors, a distinguished speaker (Dr. James Pennebaker), and a reception for student researchers. Any undergraduate researcher may submit to the Psi Chi program, including non Psi Chi members and students at institutions with no Psi Chi chapter. Graduate students should submit their research to the regular MPA program.
How to submit your research to the Psi Chi program at MPA:
We are no longer accepted submissions to MPA. The deadline for submissions was Midnight, November 7, 2011. Researchers will be notified about their projects during the first week of January.
Psi Chi Travel Grants for MPA:
Psi Chi offers travel grants ranging from $100-$300 for eligible chapters or members. The deadline for applications is Midnight on Friday, January 20, 2012. Details can be found at the Psi Chi website.
