On to Augie meetings provide a place for alumni and current members of the college community to invite incoming and prospective students into the Augustana family.
For incoming and prospective students, these events offer an opportunity to gather advice, not only on places to go and people to meet on campus and in the Quad Cities, but on how to make their time at Augustana a valuable and transformative experience.
Students also will have a chance to meet future Augustana friends and begin to make connections within the Augustana community. And they will get a taste of ice cream from Whitey’s, an alumni-owned Quad-Cities institution and an Augustana mainstay for generations.
