2009-10 Season - Vikings ranked 21st in first poll
Thanks to a 5-0 start, the Augustana Vikings have moved into the 21 st position in the NCAA Division III national rankings. The weekly poll, which is conducted by D3hoops.com, has head coach Grey Giovanine’s team with 106 points. Augustana was unranked in the preseason poll. Five teams that are on the Vikings’ schedule (Washington, Wheaton, Wisconsin-Whitewater, Illinois Wesleyan and Carthage), were ranked in the top 16.
