ROCK ISLAND, Ill. – The College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) have announced this year’s ESPN the Magazine® Academic All-District teams and Augustana sophomore goalkeeper Kayla Radloff (West Chicago HS, West Chicago, Ill.) has been named a third team selection in district five of the college division. This has been a big week for Radloff, who was also named CCIW Player of the Week and helped the Vikings clinch at least a share of the CCIW championship with 1-0 shutouts of third-ranked Illinois Wesleyan and North Central.
Radloff, the daughter of Janet and Rusty Radloff of West Chicago, Illinois, carries a 3.35 grade point average in secondary education and history. She was one of just six sophomores named to this year’s district five women’s team.
In her second season as Augustana’s starting goalkeeper, Radloff has compiled a 14-1-1 record with a 0.50 goals against average and .826 save percentage. Her career record now stands at 27-5-1 with a save percentage of .807 and a goals against average of 0.67.
Radloff was joined on the Academic All-District teams by Augustana senior midfielder Scott Wallner (Buffalo Grove HS, Arlington Heights, Ill.), who was a first team selection on the men’s side.
