Among the six teams competing, two were NCAA Division I schools (Western Illinois & Bradley).
Veteran head coach Paul Olsen’s crew is ranked 11th in the initial NCAA Division III national men’s cross country poll. Augustana will take this week off before racing again at the Illinois Intercollegiate Championships on Friday, September 18 in Normal, Illinois at Illinois State University.
