New Student Check-In Information

We recommend that new students wait to check in on Thursday, August 22nd.
To check into your room, report to the service desk of the hall listed on your housing assignment sheet.

New Student Move-In

Thursday, August 22nd                    8 AM - 12 PM  

If you are an upperclass transfer student assigned to one of our Transitional Living Areas (TLAs),
please refer to our TLA Check-in Information for New Students. Additional check-in details can be obtained by calling the Office of Residential Life.

Pre-Approved Early Arrivals

(Specific date and time to be determined by coach or department)

Elective Early Arrivals

(Elective arrivals will be charged $25/day through Wednesday, August 15th)

Sunday, August 18th - Wednesday, August 21st                 

                       9 AM - 9 PM each day

 
Please note: Those who are registering for classes on August 16th will be pre-approved to arrive one day early at no additional charge. Early arriving students will receive limited services in regard to storage and general staff assistance and should plan accordingly.
