The Vikings also banged out 11 hits en route to moving their overall record to 7-0.

Murphy struck out 10 while allowing six hits and two base-on-balls as he picked up his first win of the season. He gave way to Kevin Kulig (Benet Academy, Lemont, Ill.), who struck out four and only gave up one hit in the final two innings.
