Celebration of Learning registration form

If you plan to participate in the 2013 Celebration of Learning, you must complete this registration form prior to Friday, April 13th, at 11:55 p.m. Due to the complexities of scheduling an event of this size, late registrations cannot be accepted.

Note: Some portions of this form are designed not to appear until you answer a particular question. (For example, some parts of the form will only be completed by students working alone or serving as the "lead presenter" of a group project.) (Note: Participation in the Celebration of Learning is a privilege usually reserved for upper-class students who are presenting the results of Senior Inquiry, Honors Capstone, Summer Research, or other advanced research projects. The Center for Vocational Reflection invites you to submit a reflection connected to your presentation or poster to be considered for a $250 award. You can read more about the opportunity here. Students wishing to participate will receive an email outlining the reflection portion following the submission of this application.
