Fraternity Alumni Network (FAN)
Fraternity men on-campus are quick to say that networking with alumni is one of the most significant benefits received from involvement in Greek Life. The Fraternity Alumni Network (FAN) both benefits their professional life as they seek employment upon graduation and their social connections as they move into their new communities. However, these benefits primarily come into play after the student graduates from Augustana College. The establishment of a mentoring program enables the benefits to reach into the students' years at Augustana as they are accompanied through discovering who they are called to be.
FAN is designed to pair fraternity students with fraternity alumni. Developing a relationship with a fratenity brother enables both to strengthen one another. Sharing what one is good at, passionate about, and putting it to use in their communities shapes the men to be significant leaders for the present and future. Click here for mentoring resources.
