Vikings finish 14-6 at Fun DoublesThe Augustana women's tennis team opened its 2010-11 season by playing in the Fun Doubles Scrimmage on Saturday, August 21 at Byrnes Park in Waterloo, Iowa. The Vikings were one of eight teams to compete at the event. Each of Augustana's five doubles teams played four matches and the Blue & Gold finished the day with an overall record of 14-6. | |

Youthful Vikings looking forward to seasonAt first glance, it would appear that Augustana head coach Adam Strand has a major rebuilding operation on his hand for the 2010-11 women's tennis season. After all, three of the top four singles players on the team graduated in the spring. |
