	Three win two matches at Central duals With senior George Gogonas and freshmen Steve Poffenberger and Alex Vavra each recording two victories, Augustana split a pair of matches on Tuesday, February 2. The Vikings lost Central of Iowa 25-14 and defeated Simpson 27-12 in Pella, Iowa.
	Wrestlers compete at Pete Willson Invite The Augustana Vikings ran into some tough competition at the Pete Willson Invitational on Saturday, January 30 in Wheaton, Illinois. Third year head coach Eric Juergens' team scored 14.5 points and placed 25th out of 30 teams.
	Vikings defeat Wheaton and Concordia Continuing to show remarkable improvement as the season progresses, Augustana pulled down a pair of wrestling victories on Friday, January 22 at the Wheaton Duals in Wheaton, Illinois. Eric Juergens' team defeated Wheaton 43-4 and Concordia 29-9, winning 17 of the 20 matches contested during the evening.
	Vikings fall to Chicago in close one 22-16 A pair of pins proved to be the difference as Augustana lost a 22-16 decision to the University of Chicago on Wednesday, January 20 in the Carver Center. Just 11 days earlier the Vikings fell to the Maroons by a score of 25-13 but the match was much closer this time around.
	Wrestlers grab five places at Central Invite Turning in their best team performance of the season, the Augustana Vikings had five place winners in the Central of Iowa Invitational in Pella, Iowa on Saturday, January 16. In the non-scoring meet, third year head coach Eric Juergensâ€™ team recorded two individual runners-up, a third place and two fourths.
