28. Hans Peter Madsen ^{(94)(8) (95)}. The Fred Hansen Bible has the name as Hans P. Madsen. The marriage record of his son Mads Peder has the name as Hans Peder Madsen. [following from Charlotte Young] Hans was a horsetrader in Denmark. He married three times. His daughter Egidia was from his second marriage.

29. Carrie Knudsen. Carrie is known only from the marriage record of her son Mads Peter. Children were:

i. Egidia Hansen⁽⁹⁶⁾ was born on 8 Oct 1848.⁽⁹⁷⁾ She was buried in 1929 in Blair, Nebraska.⁽⁹⁸⁾ Egidia is buried in Blair Cemetery. She died on 13 Dec 1929 in Ord, Nebraska. ^(99)(100) Egidia came over from Denmark with her brothers. At the time of her death, one of her daughters was living in Ord and was known as Mrs. Nelson.
