2. Earl Mattis Bengtson Rev was born on 28 Mar 1921 in Chicago, Illinois. He was confirmed on 5 May 1935 in Chicago, Illinois. He was ordained on 16 Jun 1946 in Duluth, Minnesota. He was married to Deloris Louise Hansen on 3 May 1952 in Chicago, IL. Earl and Deloris were married in Golgotha Lutheran Church on the south side of Chicago, where her father was then the pastor. Both of their fathers were pastors, and both participated in the service with the bride's father actually officiating. When the family moved to Houston, Texas, they took a temporary residence at 2338 Wordsworth, but shortly moved to 9019 Linkmeadow Lane. In Chicago they lived in a pasonage at 3750 N. Hoyne Ave. Earl and Deloris moved to 3516 N. Nottingham Ave.

3. Deloris Louise Hansen was born on 12 Feb 1926 in Audubon, Iowa. Children were:

1 i. Thomas Earl Bengtson.
ii. Jonathan Edward Bengtson was born on 12 Dec 1955 in Houston, Texas.
iii. Mark Eric Bengtson was born on 26 Nov 1957 in Houston, Texas.
