Swedish
American Genealogist is a quarterly journal devoted to Swedish American biography,
genealogy, and personal history, and is published by the Swenson Center. Established in
1981 by editor emeritus Dr. Nils William Olsson, it is the only
journal of its kind, and contains much of interest for anyone doing
Swedish-American genealogical research.
Each issue contains a column for
subscribers' genealogical queries. The editor, Elisabeth Thorsell, is responsible for all editorial matters and
subscriber queries. Contact her with ideas for submissions:

Materials may also be sent to the Swenson Center, and they will be forwarded
to the editor.
The Swenson Center handles all North American subscriptions and
back-issues. The subscription rate is $28.00 USD per calendar year or $15
for Swenson Center Associate members.
Subscribers are offered the opportunity to attend a Swedish genealogy
workshop in Salt Lake City each Autumn. More information can be found
