Who's Who in the Administration:
Board of Trustees: Alumnae and other individuals who are interested in Augustana's best interest and the college's continued success. They are responsible for current and future fiscal management of Augustana.
President of the College, Steven C. Bahls: He is responsible for holding Augustana to its mission of enabling students to grow in mind, body, and spirit to prepare them to live in a changing world. He is very interested in student opinions and has open office hours and JAVA hours to communicate with the student body.

Dean of Student Services, Evelyn Campbell: She is responsible for overseeing student life outside of the classroom and can help answer many of the student body's questions regarding Augustana policy and events. She can also help students experiencing medical problems and with other types of emergencies.

Associate Dean of Student Services, Steve Backmeyer: He is responsible for issues pertaining to the college's disciplinary system and can also help with emergencies. He also works with the international students.

Associate Dean, Nancy Loitz: She works with the General Education system, the advising program and the first-year experience

Vice President and Dean of the College, Jeff Abernathy: He is responsible for the faculty, curriculum, and tenure.

Associate Dean of the College: Michael Green: He works with the Dean of the College on foreign study, cultural events and other matters relating to the curriculum. He is also responsible for convocation information, sexual harassment, and plagiarism issues.

Associate Dean of the College: Michael Nolan: He works with faculty and administrators on grants to improve an Augustana education. He chairs the Assessment Review Committee, a student, faculty, and administrator group that explores how good a job Augustana does for its students, providing information for potential improvement.

Registrar, Liesl Fowler: The office of the registrar handles issues related to enrollment, registration, dropping/adding, transfer work, transfer advising, and transcripts.

Scheduling of Campus Facilities, Molly Sheley: She allocates space and coordinates large events on campus. She is also responsible for reserving the campus' different facilities.

Director of Student Activities, Ken Brill: He oversees all student activities at Augustana. He is also responsible for the Office of Student Activities and Greek Life on campus.

Assistant Dean of Multicultural Services, Lanese Aggrey: She is responsible for issues relating to diversity. She is also in charge of multicultural organizations and services on campus.

Director of Residential Life, Carmen Hoppenjan-Rosso: She and her staff are responsible for the residential life (student housing) program. Students are welcome to visit for all housing-related needs including telephone, cable, and laundry problems as well as room selection/room change assistance.

Director of Admission, Kent Barnds: He is r esponsible for the admittance of new students at Augustana.

Advising Information, Bill Coker: He helps with advising and registration problems, with question concerning choice of majors and completion of majors and minors, graduation requirements, and transfer credits.

Director of the Career Center , Kristi Gimmel Becker: She oversees the career center and helps student career related activates from writing a resume to finding an internship.

College Chaplin, Richard Priggie: He oversees Campus Ministries at Augustana and is responsible for issues relating to religion or spiritual life.

Director of the Reading/Writing Center, Virginia Johnson: She oversees the Reading/Writing Center and its tutors who assist all students with the writing of their papers or with study strategies which promote their academic success.
