Augustana has one of the most
successful small college debate programs in the country, and our teams have consistently
qualified for the National Debate Tournament.

Augustana College competes in District 5, one of the nations most competitive districts, which includes Northwestern University, Southern Illinois University, University of Michigan, Michigan State University, Wayne State University, John Carroll University, DePaul, and Miami University (Ohio).
Dr. Katherine Lavelle joins the Augustana Team in 2007-2008.
