Purpose
The Andreen Hall Council seeks to provide quality educational
and social programs for its residents. The council functions as the governing body of the
residence hall and is largely responsible for many hall improvements including the
newly-remodeled kitchen.
Andreen Hall Council also elects representatives to serve on Student Government
Association, Augustana Residence Hall Association, and the food service committee. Andreen
residents are given a voice campus-wide through these and many other committees and
organizations.
Programs
Andreen Hall Council sponsors a wide variety of programs throughout the year. The main
goal of the programs is to create a time in which the Andreen residents can convene in a
relaxed atmosphere to foster friendships and develop a sense of community. The programs
are open to all Andreen residents and are usually free.
