You can access Google Apps Mail on smartphones, as well as many popular cell phones.The ITS Help Desk does not provide individualized support for configuration on mobile devices, but we can help steer you in the right direction.
Configure Your Account
Before configuring your device, you need to ensure your account is configured to enable IMAP and POP access.
In Augie Mail, go to Settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP to ensure your account is enabled for POP and IMAP access, and be sure to use your full email address (username@augustana.edu) when prompted for a username.
