Financial aid awards may be subject to a variety of requirements which can include maintaining a specific GPA, completion of a specified number of credits each term and remaining a full-time student in good standing.
There are three types of merit awards an international student may receive: International Merit Presidential, International Merit Dean's and International Merit Founders scholarships.
Students are also eligible for a need-based grant. The merit awards require a specific GPA be maintained at Augustana. The requirements for maintaining financial awards will be explained in the student's letter of admission. A student's financial aid package will be re-evaluated in the Spring Term and if needed, the student's financial assistance may be removed if their grades are not at the required level.
