Special Collections Deed

Celebration of Learning 2007-08

Special Collections, on the first floor of the library, houses the college's archives and various materials relating to the college and its alumni. We have student essays and assignments dating back to the founding of the college. Augustana College would like to add your project (paper, web page, PowerPoint, poster, etc.) to our collection.

NOTE: If a paper or presentation has multiple authors, each individual author must complete a separate Special Collections Deed form below.

2. Check the appropriate box below as it pertains to your decision to allow or not to allow your project to be housed in the Special Collections. If you check "I agree...", then you are also giving permission for researchers to read and quote from (following fair-use guidelines) your work. Your agreement also gives the staff of Special Collections permission to make limited reproductions of your work, either as a preservation copy (photocopy onto acid-free paper or the migration of a file into newer software or storage media) or as a single-use copy for a researcher, in lieu of taking notes.
