To register for the 2008 Celebration of Learning, complete the forms below by the indicated deadline:

1. Registration form: Submit one form per presentation or poster. NOTE: If a single presentation or poster has multiple authors, you should submit this form only once.

2. Special Collections Deed: All authors of an oral presentation or poster must submit individual Special Collections Deeds (even those co-authors who are not formally presenting.)
