International Student Orientation is designed to provide you with an introduction to Augustana College, Rock Island and the Quad-Cities. Attendance for ISO is mandatory for all international students.

- Meeting and working with student peer leaders, also known as Global Ambassadors
- Meetings with campus administrators
- Dean of students
- College registrar
- Residential life staff
- Library staff
- Dining services staff
- Living on campus
- Purchasing textbooks
- Finding a job on campus
- Life in the Quad Cities
- Numerous special events, outings, tours and dinners
- U.S. culture and lifestyles
There will be one day where international students shop at a local shopping mall. Social events are planned for international students to get to know each other, as well as American students. There is no cost for ISO nor a cost for moving onto campus early.
