Invitation to Vendors and Organizations

Commericial vendors, prairie artists, non-profit organizations, and agencies are invited to display services, artwork, accomplishments and activities related to Hill Prairie Management. Participating vendors and organizations are also encouraged to support this event through financial sponsorship. See Sponsorship. Commercial vendors are asked to provide a minimum $50 contribution to cover expenses associated with the maintenance of the displays and display area. This contribution includes one display table, if desired. Additional tables may be rented at $25 each. All groups providing displays are permitted to offer items for sale to conference attendees.

A 6ft x 3ft table will be provided for displays. Vendors/groups should provide requests for additional tables or extra space as part of the registration. See registration form.

Set-up

Those setting up vendor/organizational displays are encouraged to set-up at the start of the conference during the Friday Evening Social May 1 (5-6:30 p.m). Additional set-up time will be available on Saturday morning May 2 (7-9:30 a.m.). All displays should be taken down at the close of the conference, Saturday between 2-6 p.m. Assistance in set-up and take-down will be available from conference organizers during the assigned times.

Display Location

The display area is tentatively planned for the hallways and open areas on the 2nd floor of the Science Building (726 35th Street South) at Augustana College. See conference organizers at the information/registration table for display area assignments.
