The Swenson Swedish Immigration Research Center welcomes the renowned SwedGenTour back to Augustana College this Fall!
What: Listen to lectures by professional genealogists from Sweden and sit for personal one-on-one Swedish genealogy lookup sessions with them. 9/10/14: note that the one-on-one sessions have all been filled, but please register to come hear the lectures!
When: Sunday, 12 Oct. 2014, 10am - 4pm
Where: Room 102, Hanson Hall of Science, 726 35th Street, Rock Island IL (Building #43 on the below campus map, south end of 1st floor)
Cost: Free and open to the public (pre-registration is required).
Parking is available in Faculty/Staff Lot H or along 7th Avenue. There are a few accessible spaces on 35th Street south of 7th Ave.

Sign up for 30 minutes with one of us and we will help you with your Swedish genealogical problems, give some ideas on where to look for more information and how to get in touch with living relatives in Sweden. Please fill out this query form before Sept 1 (http://www.lilleskogen.se/form2.htm) for one-on-one sessions. We have only 18 one-on-one spots to fill. You must be registered to attend the event in order to book a one-on-one session. The SwedGenTour genealogists will contact you personally about your one-on-one registration.
