Student Work Orders
Note: The form below is only for Facilities work orders. If you are having a problem with the network jack in your room, the internet, or any other technological problem, please contact the ITS helpdesk at email@example.com or (309) 794-7293.
Faculty/Staff Work Orders
Faculty and Staff should submit work orders through their secretary or building secretary, who have access to the Weblink online submission system. Otherwise, you can always call the Facilities Office at x7278 and submit your work order.
About Work Orders
Authorized work is scheduled based on the following Facilities Services system:
- Essential Operations
- Preventive Maintenance
- Scheduled Work.
Work may be performed by either in-house employees or by contractors. All questions concerning the status of work should be directed to Facilities Customer Service at (309) 794-7278 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Customer Service Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Routine Maintenance Services
Coin operated washer/dryer work orders should be turned into Residential Life at (309)794-2686.
Ethernet, cable, and phone work orders should be turned into ITS-Helpdesk at (309)794-7293 or on the first floor of Olin.
