This past Friday Sigma Alpha Iota (ΣAI), which I am a part of, had a joint formal with Phi Mu Alpha. Both are national music affiliated fraternities we have here at Augustana. I always told myself I wouldn’t join anything with greek letters, yet I honestly wouldn’t be the same person I am today without all the wonderful people I’ve met by joining ΣAI. It has made the past three years just a little extra special.
It’s always a lot of fun dressing up for formal and seeing your friends not wearing school clothes. Everyone always looks so spiffy. I can’t believe summer is only a week and four days off. Where has junior year gone?
