Opera @ Augustana provides an opportunity for students to study basic operatic repertoire within the context of an undergraduate institution.

At Augustana College, there is a commitment to provide this performance experience to as many deserving students as are available and interested. Therefore, casts are made up of people representing a diverse cross-section of the student body.

We begin the 2004-2005 season with the ever-popular AMAHL AND THE NIGHT VISITORS, by Gian-Carlo Menotti. Performances are December 3, 4, and 5 at 8 PM in Wallenberg Hall. Tickets are available through the Augustana College Ticket Office (794-7306). Celebrating Advent on the Augustana College campus with AMAHL AND THE NIGHT VISITORS has become a tradition. This production is one of many activities that are a part of LIGHT DIVINE: An Advent Celebration of Faith and the Arts, held Dec. 1-12 at Augustana
College. For further festival information go to: www.augustana.edu/arts/faithandart
