Owned by the same person as 2401 5^th Avenue, this site located at 401 24^th Street. Its present land use is (since roughly 1977) Wagenwerks, a repair shop for older model Volkswagens. Also the site of a former gas station, like Dale’s Cycle Shop, this property has no record of underground holding tanks. As before, there is still a possibility that the tanks are still underground. If they are there, the city doesn’t know about them.
