Harpist Julie Ann Smith was recently named principal harpist for the New World Symphony and received the Silver Medal in the 2004 USA International Harp Competition. An active soloist, recitalist and chamber musician, Ms. Smith combines traditional and contemporary programming of today's harp repertoire with her own transcriptions of works by Scarlatti, Bach, and Joplin. She received her master's degree in harp performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music in 2004.

 

Admission is free, but donations will be accepted at the door.
