Physical health and well being are significantly enhanced when a spiritual component is recognized. This observation is increasingly substantiated by medical evidence. The college experience lends itself to self exploration, reflection on early life convictions and ultimately the development of one's spiritual self. This session will encourage you to focus on spiritual health as you work toward holistic development.
