Center for Vocational Reflection
Departmental Inquiry Luncheons
Help your students to:
- know what a major in your discipline is;
- know what life after graduation looks like;
- hear the story of those who have been majors;
- DECIDE IF THEY WANT TO MAJOR IN YOUR AREA.
The Center for Vocational Reflection will provide funding for your department to host a luncheon of up to twenty students to introduce and explain a major in your discipline to prospective and early majors. Funding is limited. The purpose of these grants is to provide a setting in which students can begin to explore who they are called to be…and how that might related to your academic department. The CVR will provide training and help in organizing there events.
