Faculty News

Tierney Brosius (Biology) and Leon Higley recently had an article published in PeerJ entitled "Behavior niche partitioning in a sympatric tiger beetle asssemblage and implications for the endangered Salt Creek tiger beetle." Read it HERE.

Ann Perreau (Communication Studies and Disorders) is participating in the Fellows-in-Residence program at the University of Iowa Obermann Center for Advanced Studies this fall during her pre-tenure sabbatical. While at the Obermann Center, she is working on several research projects, including two manuscripts on subjective outcomes of individuals with and without hearing loss, and she is participating in bi-weekly research seminars held at the Center. In addition, she is analyzing data on new teaching methods implemented in her classes at Augustana with support from a recent teaching mentorship grant.

Jared Schroeder (Communication Studies) has successfully defended his disseration on September 13, 2013.  Congratulations!
