Applications for the position of the Director for the Center for Faculty Enrichment are due  November 15, 2013.This position will come with a nine-credit course release. Responsibilities will include working with the Associate Dean for Faculty Development, and other relevant areas to create a new Center for Faculty Enrichment, where faculty development efforts will include but not be limited to that of teaching and learning.  If you are interested, please submit a current CV and letter of interest to SherryDocherty@augustana.edu. Evaluation of applications will be based on demonstrated interest in faculty development efforts broadly defined, interest in the scholarship of teaching and learning (SOTL), previous engagement and experience in such activities, and excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. The position will begin Fall 2014.

Grants proposals for Blended Learning and Connections grants are due to the Office of Academic Affairs byMonday, November 18th, 2013. Decisions will be announced by December 20th, 2013. The proposed blended learning courses are expected to run during the 2014-15 or 2015-16 academic years.
