7:00 - 8:00 PM - Organ Showcase
Larry Peterson, director of music for Campus Ministries and instructor of organ, will perform in an hour-long Organ Showcase.
The concert will feature some of the finest organists from the Quad-Cities, and showcase one of the Midwest's premier tracker-action baroque instruments. The cathedral's Wolff organ was designed in the northern German tradition of organ building from the Baroque era.
Organ literature will include works by Bach, Sweelinck, Mendelsson, Walther, Widor and others.
