This Week's Message

Wellness Ideas for the New Year

A healthy mind, body and spirit are great resolutions, but easier said than done. Representatives from the Augustana Wellness Team (Darrin Good, Laura Ford & Steve Gottcent) will share some upcoming Augustana initiatives to promote healthy lifestyle choices for all on campus at this week's Friday Conversation. We'll have "healthier than usual" snacks and share some easy ideas for changes we can all make to get our New Year off to healthy start. We'll also have a discussion on what items the Wellness Team might pursue that would be of particular interest to members of the Augustana faculty.

Refreshments served at 3:30 and presentation begins at 4:00 PM in Wilson Center.  See you there!
