ACTL

Greetings from the Center for Teaching & Learning.

If you missed the presentations by Dr. Mike Eisenberg last week (the webinar or workshop), fear not! If you're interested in the contents of the webinar you'll find it archived at

It Takes Librarians and Faculty

I've also placed the handout and a copy of Mike's workshop (Ppt)

Improving Student Research in the Student Inquiry Curriculum

on the ACTL moodle site. Mike indicated that he'd be excited about doing future webinars for us, targeted at the needs of our departments or programs. If you're interested, let me know.

Looking ahead, I hope you'll be able to join us for this Friday's Conversation. Farah Marklevits has gathered a number of colleagues, who have been using ePortfolios in their courses, to share the stories of their experiences. If you're inspired by their stories, we'll be offering four sessions the following week during which you can get hands-on experience and guidance in setting up your own course ePortfolio.

In the meantime I hope you have a productive week.
