Greetings from the Center for Teaching & Learning.
If you're looking for an excuse to take a break from grading, I hope you'll consider joining us for a discussion of the first 3 chapters of Ken Bain's What the Best College Teachers Do.
There will be three opportunities to do so this week, all in the Evald Great Hall:
- Tuesday 1 Nov at 2:00 (led by Vicki Sommer)
- Wednesday 2 Nov at 3:00 (led by Brian Katz)
- Thursday 3 Nov at 2:00 (led by Eric Stewart)
This is a great way to take a productive break from giving/grading finals and, in case you need further enticement, there will be treats! I hope you can join us. If I don't see you between now and then, have a restful and rejuvenating break.
