Seniors show their work in art exhibition

The Augustana Teaching Museum of Art is opening its final exhibition of the 2017-2018 academic year, 2018 Senior Show. This show will feature Senior Inquiry works created by current students in the Class of 2018, majoring in Graphic Design and Studio Art at Augustana.

2018 Senior Show, which opens April 20th and runs until May 12th, will be held at the museum’s Centennial Hall galleries. Artist talks are currently scheduled for the school’s Celebration of Learning, May 2nd, from 10:45 to 11:45. A closing reception will take place on May 20th from 11:45 am - 1:00 pm. These events and the exhibition are free, and open to the public.

Brianna Jepson, from Belvidere, Ill., majoring in art and art education

Brock McNinch, from Moline, Ill., majoring in graphic design

Christine Marchi, from Algonquin, Ill., majoring in art

Comet Blecha, from Plainfield, Ill., majoring in art and graphic design

Grace Iaquinta, from Lincoln, Neb, majoring in English and graphic design

Kate Schreader, from Naperville, Ill., majoring in graphic design

Madalynne Russell, from Noblesville, Ind. majoring in art

Rebecca Kelly, from Peoria, Ill., majoring in English and art.

William Lawrence, from Woodstock ,Ill., majoring in engineering physics and graphic design
