Augie NAMI holiday meeting

Augie NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Health Illness) will meet from 5-6 p.m. The meeting will begin with a talk about support systems and how they might differ back home. There will be a holiday game and decorating ornaments. Anyone can join to learn more about mental health or to talk to peers and feel comfortable while doing so.

The purpose of Augie NAMI is to raise awareness on mental illness on campus, promote activities to help alleviate common stress symptoms, and to give the members of the Augustana community a friendly and understanding place when they need support.
