Le Cercle Francais was initiated on November 7, 1921. The club promoted the use and understanding of the French language outside the classroom.

The Le Cercle Francais Collection consists of one bound book that contains the Secretary's report. This report contains the constitution for the club, membership lists, and a record of the club minutes, all written in French.
