The Frame on the Wall Club was an Augustana film society that made available both domestic and foreign films as campus events. Film festivals featured Bogart, Chaplin and others. The club disbanded in 1985 due to lack of funds and decreasing ticket sales. They presumably began ten years earlier in 1975.

The Frame on the Wall Club collection contains 3 series: Programs, Posters and Notices.

The Programs series (1975-1985, scattered) contains programs from film showings by the Frame on the Wall Club. The programs list the cast and producers of the films, and provide a summary and/or analysis of the film.

The Posters series (1975-1985 and undated) contains posters from Frame on the Wall Club's various events.

The Notices series (May 22, 1985 and undated) contains a letter from the club to the Administration announcing their final film series, as well as two undated notices about changes in movie schedules.
